When you browse the official hotel website, www.iloha.fr, you have the option of booking your stay online. Here are the steps you will be required to follow:
Step 1 – SEARCH
– Click on the BOOK button located in the main menu. Select the dates of your stay on the booking calendar that appears.
– You will be redirected to a secure page of our provider specializing in secure online hotel room booking engine technology. The URL that appears in your browser will begin with: https://www.secure-hotel-booking.com
A page listing all the rates for each of the room categories available on your chosen dates will appear. By clicking on the “I” bubble next to the rate, you will get more information about the proposed pricing. You will be asked to select the room category as well as the desired rate by clicking the “BOOK” button.
– You also have the option to book additional services by selecting them (wellness treatments, dinner at the restaurant, transfer service, personalized in-room welcome, etc.).
– You can leave a message for the hotel staff and indicate your expected arrival time.
The booking terms and conditions, as well as the cancellation policy, are set out below.
You will be asked to click on ‘BOOK AND PAY LATER’ to proceed to the next step.
Step 2 – CONTACT DETAILS

Booking guaranteed by credit card
If you wish to guarantee your booking by credit card, here are the payment terms that will apply (particularly when booking via our website)
For all stays: 30% of the total cost of your stay, excluding extras, will be charged by the hotel at the time of booking. The balance of your stay and any extras must be settled before you check out of the hotel.
You will be asked to present the credit card used for the booking upon arrival at the hotel, even if you pay the balance of your stay in cash or by another payment method. The establishment reserves the right to refuse your booking if the accredited organizations do not validate your credit card number.
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total amount of the booked services will be charged to your credit card.
Taxes
The rates listed on our website include VAT.
They do not include the tourist tax, which is compulsory and must be paid on site upon departure. The tourist tax is paid in full to the municipality of Saint-Leu, which sets the amount:
€1.10 per adult per day for a 3-star hotel.
This tax does not apply to minors.

Booking a room at ILOHA Seaview Hotel is reserved for adults who are legally capable of entering into a contract. By booking a room at ILOHA Seaview Hotel, the Guest expressly agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
The Guest undertakes to use the room allocated to them and, more generally, all the hotel’s facilities in a reasonable manner, in accordance with the regulations in force, public decency and public order.
The Guest is liable to ILOHA Seaview Hotel for any damage caused during their stay, as well as for any items or furniture belonging to the hotel that are missing at the end of their stay.
Should ILOHA Seaview Hotel discover any damage or should any item or piece of furniture be missing due to the Guest’s actions, ILOHA Seaview Hotel shall be entitled to charge the Guest for the cost of the damage within 48 hours of their departure from the hotel.
ILOHA Seaview Hotel reminds guests that its rooms and hotel restaurants are strictly non-smoking. Likewise, electronic cigarettes, hookah pipes and other similar devices are not permitted. Smoking areas are available and clearly indicated. Smoking in the rooms constitutes damage to the property. In such a case, ILOHA Seaview Hotel shall be entitled to charge an amount corresponding to the damage caused.
For safety reasons and in order to preserve the peace and comfort of all hotel guests, organizing barbecues in the hotel gardens or using electrical appliances (such as stone grills, raclette machines, planchas, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the duration of their stay.
In the event of behavior contrary to public decency or public order, ILOHA Seaview Hotel may require the Customer to leave the hotel immediately, without entitlement to any refund or compensation.
The Guest undertakes to:
Use the safe in their room for all valuables and sums of money with a value of 2,000 euros or less or, failing that, to deposit them in the hotel’s central safe, it being specified that the total cumulative value of items stored in the safe in their room must not exceed 2,000 euros;
Deposit in the hotel’s central safe, accessible from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, any items and sums of money valued at over €2,000, as well as those that cause the total cumulative value of items placed in the in-room safe to exceed €2,000;
Any failure to comply with these obligations will be considered gross negligence on the part of the guest.
Hoteliers are strictly liable in the event of theft within their establishment, although such liability may be reduced in cases of negligence on the part of the Customer.
The Customer is informed that, pursuant to legal and/or regulatory provisions, they may be required to complete a police registration form upon arrival at the hotel and present a valid form of identification.
CHECK-IN – CHECK-OUT
Early check-in – Late check-out: subject to availability, the Customer may request access to their room before 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or keep their room after 11:00 a.m. and until 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure. This service must be requested on site from the hotel staff, subject to availability and payment of an additional fee.
PETS
Pets, including small animals, are not allowed at ILOHA Seaview Hotel, whether in the rooms, restaurants, spa, or common areas.
This hotel guarantees consumers effective and free access to a consumer mediation service (Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code).
If the guest has raised the matter with the hotel manager and has not received a satisfactory response within one month, they may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details are given below:
