Stay

The official check-in time is from 2pm. However, if your room is ready earlier, your keys will be given to you as soon as possible. To guarantee access before 2pm, it is advisable to book the previous night. The reception is open 24 hours a day and a late arrival is possible. If it is planned after 8pm, please inform the team.

Check-out time is at 11am. You can nevertheless enjoy the facilities after checking out of your room. Bath towels are provided and your luggage can be stored in the luggage room. A courtesy room is available upon reservation. A late check-out may be offered subject to availability and an additional charge.

The hotel accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper & digital), Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Kadéos, Union Pay, Chekpays, Pass Loisirs.

Yes, a credit card is required upon arrival as a guarantee, regardless of the payment method used to settle the stay. Otherwise, payment for services will be requested as they are consumed.

Yes. The hotel offers several categories of family accommodation (family bungalow, Guétali room, Tropique bungalow, kitchenette bungalow) with different capacities. Two swimming pools, a ping-pong table and board games are available for leisure.

Some rooms (Guétali, kitchenette and family bungalows) have an equipped kitchenette. However, the organization of barbecues or the use of electrical appliances (hot stone grill, raclette, plancha, etc.) are prohibited for safety and noise reasons.

Only assistance animals are accepted.

Rooms and restaurants are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes, hookahs, shisha). Smoking areas are clearly indicated.

Wellness

Yes. The hotel has the wellness area “La Cas’Akea”, offering massages and beauty treatments (individual or duo), accessible to resident and non-resident guests subject to availability and upon reservation.

The area is not accessible, but treatments can be performed in the room upon request.

Food and beverage

Yes, on specific occasions (e.g. Mother’s Day/Father’s Day). It is recommended to follow the newsletter or social media to find out the dates.

A Réunionese buffet is offered every Friday evening at the Kotémer restaurant, accompanied by a group performing traditional Creole dances and music.

Services and amenities

The hotel has two swimming pools. The main pool is heated during the austral winter, the second one (near the Guétali rooms) is not.

The swimming pools are reserved for resident guests. However, it is possible to enjoy them with a day package (weekdays only, subject to availability and upon reservation).

Yes. The hotel has two free and secure parking lots, one of which is dedicated to guests in Guétali rooms.

Yes, two charging stations are available free of charge for residents, and at a fee for non-residents.

Yes, a laundry room equipped with washing machines is available, with detergent at an additional cost.

Accessibility

The hotel offers 3 kitchenette bungalows adapted for people with reduced mobility. Certain common areas (reception, swimming pools, restaurant, bar) are wheelchair accessible, and a hearing loop is available at the reception. Some staff members are trained in French Sign Language and a pool hoist facilitates access to the main swimming pool.
