The IT department that has established connections between the reservation system and the hotel customer management system.
External recipients: subcontractors, service providers, banks. The transmission of information has the sole purpose of the perfect execution by ILOHA Seaview Hotel of the services you have requested and the exclusive pursuit of your satisfaction. Finally, local or national administrative or judicial authorities if they request access to your personal data to the extent required by law.
6 – How is your data protected?
ILOHA Seaview Hotel is committed to taking the necessary measures to guarantee the confidentiality of data and prevent its disclosure to unauthorized third parties.
Data security
Sensitive transactions
Sensitive transactions (banking details, etc.) are transmitted in a secure mode using encryption and authentication algorithms. These secure transactions are identifiable by the presence of a closed padlock in most browsers. More specifically, it is noted that for payment purposes, banking details are collected and stored by our online booking engine providers RESERVIT, certified PCI-DSS, and GHM, certified NF525. These international standards are security standards whose objectives are to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholders’ data, and thus to secure the protection of card and transaction data.
However, ILOHA Seaview Hotel does not control all the risks associated with the operation of the Internet and draws users’ attention to the existence of potential risks inherent in its use and operation.
ILOHA Seaview Hotel implements appropriate means to preserve the encryption and security of the data you agree to provide us with in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions. We process your personal data on GLB servers hosted by third parties (network operators or infrastructure service providers) and we implement the necessary means to secure our service. As these servers are located in France, your personal data is therefore processed on a French server. Similarly, we impose on our service providers or subcontractors who have access to your personal data solely in the context of managing your reservation and/or stay at ILOHA Seaview Hotel the same security conditions. Their servers are located in France and are therefore subject to the same applicable European regulations regarding personal data security.
Video surveillance
ILOHA Seaview Hotel has placed its premises under video surveillance in order to ensure the safety of its guests, staff and property. The images recorded by this system are not used for staff surveillance or time monitoring purposes.
The images can be viewed, in the event of an incident, by authorized ILOHA Seaview Hotel personnel (Mr David Peta, director acting as DPO, or one of his deputies) and by law enforcement. The staff of the company in charge of equipment maintenance may also access the images, for this purpose only.
7 – How long is your data retained?
The personal data you provide us with is retained for a maximum period of 10 years, from the date of your last activity on our website or the departure date of your last stay.

In the context of the hotel’s video surveillance system, images are retained for a maximum period of 1 month. In the event of an incident related to the safety of persons and property, video surveillance images may nevertheless be extracted from the system. They are then stored on another medium for the duration of the settlement of procedures related to this incident and accessible only to authorized persons in this context.
