The menu highlights subtle and bold pairings: tuna tataki with galabé, refreshing gazpacho with mozzarella and basil, as well as soft-boiled eggs from Mon Repos Farm, reimagined with a foie gras meurette sauce.

Seafood lovers will also be delighted by local catch cooked à la plancha, roasted toothfish with vindaye condiment, or grilled octopus served with eggplant rougail and a fresh tomato salsa. On the meat side, the organic chicken supreme from Le Tampon, Simmental rib steak, and beef fillet with pan-seared foie gras will delight the most refined palates.
