The entire team at Iloha Seaview Hotel invites you to a delicious Easter brunch that will delight even the most discerning food lovers, on Sunday, April 5 and Monday, April 6, starting at 11:30 AM.

To start the 2026 Easter brunch on a festive note, a champagne bar accompanied by unlimited creams will be offered.

You will also find at the buffet your breakfast favourites (pastries, breads, crêpes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, poultry sausages, beef carpaccio, and a selection of Creole specialties), as well as a variety of delicious dishes: foie gras terrine with candied papaya, tomato gazpacho with watermelon and mint, octopus and eggplant salad, Victoria pineapple and shrimp cocktail, soy-marinated tuna tataki with “galabé” syrup and foie gras, basil oil and lemon marinated salmon, deviled eggs with Aquitaine Perlita caviar, legine fish and camaron skewers, slow-cooked lamb shoulder with lemon and dates, and roasted salmon with ginger…
